Fillinges

Situated at the foot of the Massif des Voirons, the commune of Fillinges extends over a hilly area of 1167 hectares, split in two by the crossing of the Menoge and Foron rivers, with the plateau to the south and the mountain to the north.

Numerous footpaths criss-cross the Voirons massif, part of which is classified under Natura 2000. You can discover the Vouan millstone, the pierre chante-coq or the gouille au mort, a charming high-altitude pond. Fillinges is fortunate to have a well-developed network of associations, and the population's strong involvement in local life is synonymous with dynamism and conviviality. The whole year is punctuated by numerous events. Every Saturday, the Place de l'Eglise Saint-Laurent hosts the weekly market with its local producers, while the Pont de Fillinges brings together a range of retailers and services throughout the week.
