Saint Jean de Tholome

Saint Jean de Tholome is a rural commune of 1,237 hectares, ranging in altitude from 600m to 1,869m at the tip of the Môle massif. With no through traffic, it offers peace and quiet, not to mention panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. In an ideal environment, today 1,006 souls live in this dynamic village, where numerous associations work to ensure a good life together, and where services for the population are offered (crèche, local market, after-school care, etc.), not forgetting the many holiday resorts on our "Les Balcons des Grands Prés" loop, 25 kilometers of which cross part of our territory for walkers, horse riders and mountain bikers; the ascent to Le Môle from Chez Béroud. 2 restaurants are open for refreshments: "L'auberge du Môle" and its beignets, and the "Chez Moi" bar in Le Chef lieu and its top-of-the-range hamburgers.
